LUZEPH INVESTMENTS GROUP was formed by EPHRAIM Murillo Jr on the beautiful morning of April 7, 2013, after following a much-needed personal retreat. It was the perfect moment - the local South Florida real estate industry needed both a LEGENDARY personal comeback and a new business concept after the difficult 2009 real estate collapse.

EPHRAIM M, created LUZEPH for the sole purpose of advising local investors in how to increase profits and minimize costs with their real estate portfolio and other investments, as well as give wealthy/affluent foreign nationals the opportunity to pursue the American Dream by obtaining an investor’s visa involving local businesses and projects.
